摘要: Quality of life (QoL) is a recent focus research in haemophilia. It can be defined--in analogy to the World Health Organization (WHO) definition health--as patient-perceived wellbeing and function terms physical, emotional, mental, social behavioural domains. The paper describes conceptual, methodological practical foundations QoL adults children at an international level. then proceeds review literature field With regard assessment haemophilia patients, both generic very recently targeted instruments have been applied. Recent publications focused on describing adults, showing specific impairments physical (arthropathy) mental (HIV infection) as well focusing cost-benefit ratio care.
