摘要: The production and use of silicon microcolumn arrays that harvest light from a laser pulse to produce ions are described. systems the present invention seem behave like quasi-periodic antenna array with ion yields show profound dependence on plane polarization angle incidence. By providing photonic sources, this enables enhanced control micro/nano scale direct integration miniaturized analytical devices.
