摘要: Objective— We measured efflux from macrophages to apolipoprotein B-depleted serum 263 specimens and found instances in which having similar high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) differed their capacity. Thus, we wanted elucidate why capacity could be independent of total HDL-C or A-I (apoA-I). Methods Results— To understand sera with apoA-I differ capacity, assessed ability promote via the pathways expressed cAMP-treated J774 macrophages.
