摘要: Regulatory T cells play a central role in controlling homeostasis, and inducing maintaining tolerance to both foreign self-antigens. Several types of with regulatory activity have been described mice humans, those within the CD4+ subset extensively studied. Among them, best characterized are naturally occurring CD4+CD25+ (Treg) cells, adaptive type 1 (Tr1) cells. Natural Treg can arise directly from thymus, by constitutive expression transcription factor Foxp3, suppress cell responses cell-cell contact mediated mechanism. On contrary, Tr1 periphery upon encountering antigen tolerogenic environment, produce high levels interleukin (IL)-10 mediate suppression via IL-10. During last decade, much effort has placed on developing protocols generate T-cell lines clones, further define similarities differences between various subsets. In this chapter, we will outline expand differentiate homogeneous population vitro, natural clones lines.
