Effect of low-dose aspirin on the markers of oxidative stress.

摘要: Summary. The present study estimates effects of low-dose enteric coated aspirin (ECA) on oxidative stress (OS) markers in a group middle-aged men (mean age 51.2 ± 6.9 years) free pre-existing ischemic heart disease. Methods. Serum products lipid peroxidation, and measures antioxidative status were detected 25 healthy baseline after two-week treatment period. Results. In respect to serum peroxidation antioxidant status, no statistically significant differences between the pre- after-treatment data observed for any measures, with exception values capacity (39.0 2.5 42 4.6, respectively). Conclusions. Administration ECA does not initiate OS blood improves general potency blood. This may imply towards certain antiatherogenic influence ECA, exhibited even short-term Regarding markers, variety individual responses selected subgroups should be investigated possibly taken into account while is initiated primary prevention cerebrovascular events.
