摘要: Abstract The densities (ρ) of monosaccharides, their methyl and deoxy derivatives, disaccharides trisaccharides have been measured in water (0.25, 0.50, 1.00 1.25) mol kg− 1 aqueous potassium phosphate monobasic (KH2PO4) solutions at (288.15, 298.15, 308.15 318.15) K atmospheric pressure. standard partial molar volumes (V2°) infinite dilution the corresponding transfer (∆tV2°) solutes (saccharides derivatives) from to KH2PO4 calculated. interaction coefficients (using McMillan–Mayer theory) expansibilities (VE°) also results suggested dominance hydrophilic–ionic interactions due great affinity (H2PO4−) anions for hydrogen bonding with hydrophilic sites saccharide molecules.
