摘要: The pathogenesis of dysfunctional immunoregulation mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is thought to be a complex process that involves multiple genetic alterations. In this study, MSCs derived from both healthy donors and AS patients were cultured normal media or mimicking an inflammatory environment. Whole genome expression profiling analysis 33,351 genes was performed differentially expressed related analyzed by GO term KEGG pathway analysis. Our results showed 676 AS, 354 upregulated 322 downregulated, while environment 1767 1230 537 downregulated. these mainly cellular processes, physiological biological regulation, regulation binding. addition, analysis, 14 key the MAPK signaling 8 TLR identified as regulated. qRT-PCR verified variation 9 mentioned above. study found may activation pathways.
