摘要: Analysis and distribution of Pb Cd in different mice organs including liver, kidney, spleen, heart blood were evaluated after treatment with aqueous concentrations garlic (12.5–100 mg/l). Atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) was used for analysis these organs. Treatment Cd–Pb exposed (12.5–100 mg/l) reduced by 44.65, 42.61, 38.4, 47.56, 66.62% heart, spleen respectively. Moreover, levels 72.5, 87.7, 92.6, 95.6, 71.7% The suppressed immune responses pretreated mixture reversed 48.85, 55.82, 81.4 90.7 the presence 100, 50, 25, 12.5 mg/ml extract.
