摘要: It has been proposed recently that the phosphocreatine (PCr) overshoot (increase above resting level) during muscle recovery after exercise is caused by a slow decay this of direct activation oxidative phosphorylation taking place work. In present article factors determining appearance and size PCr are studied using computer model in intact skeletal developed previously. demonstrated duration positively correlated with value characteristic time phosphorylation. also shown increased low PCr/Cr ratio (what confirmed our unpublished experimental data), high intensity phosphorylation, work rate return cytosolic pH to recovery.
