摘要: To determine the effect of operations with cardiopulmonary bypass on immunologic function polymorphonuclear leukocytes in infants, we studied leukocyte and profile 16 infants undergoing repair congenital heart lesions. An oxygen/air/high-dose fentanyl anesthetic was used for all patients. Absolute neutrophil count increased significantly (p less than 0.05) after remained 48 hours afterward. Chemotaxis, random migration leukocytes, phagocytic index were unaffected, but bactericidal capacity decreased immediately later. Serum opsonizing to bacterial fungal antigens variably altered, complement factors 3 4 bypass. Total hemolytic returned normal by hours. These data suggest that affect result consumption complement.
