摘要: Abstract The effect of sucrose concentration on callus induction followed by differentiation embryogenic derived from petal explants four carnation cultivars (Nelson, Sagres, Spirit and Impulse) was investigated. However, normal not developed 3% Ninety-five percent regenerated form entire plantlets when they transferred onto half-strength Plantlets also continued grow normally under greenhouse condition.
