摘要: The temporal profile of apolipoprotein-E (apo-E) expression was investigated immunohistochemically in the brains Down syndrome patients and normal controls. number apo-E immunoreactive astrocytes frontal cortex larger than controls from 7 months to 24 years age. It suggests that producing early phase pathological process lead presenile dementia patients. In contrast, white matter smaller 28 gestational weeks 5 years.
