摘要: Disclosed is a pharmaceutical preparation which can reduce the tumorigenicity of glioma stem cell that has resistance against anti-cancer agents and radioactive rays increase sensitivity to rays. Specifically disclosed differentiation promoter comprises substance capable inhibiting TGF-β-Sox4-Sox2 pathway, i.e., pathway through TGF-β induce expression Sox4 promote Sox2, in cell.
