The purpose of this work was to investigate the effects trehalose and trehalose/sodium tetraborate mixtures on recovery lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity following freeze-thawing centrifugal vacuum-drying/rehydration. storage stability LDH under conditions either high relative humidity or temperature also studied.
