摘要: Abstract This article aims to show the potentialities of means-end chains for cross-cultural hospitality research. By means laddering interviews, this work attempted uncover major attribute-consequence-value luxury hotels that may exist among Asian and Western business travelers. The results, although exploratory, suggest personally relevant meanings customers hold might depend on individual's ethnic background. Managerial implications findings global are discussed.
