摘要: One hundred Listeria monocytogenes strains were typed by random amplification of polymorphic DNA (RAPD) with three different primers, and the results compared those obtained serotyping, ribotyping, multilocus enzyme electrophoresis, restriction analysis phage typing. The RAPD patterns appear to be stable during epidemics even over periods several years. Reproducibility was good. discriminatory power typing best among all methods tested. is therefore a very promising tool in study listeriosis epidemiology. However, problems related standardization technique first have resolved before wide use possible.
