摘要: OBJECTIVES : We aimed to com - pare the effect of remifentanil without muscle re laxant with succinylcholine for intubation in mi crolaryngoscopy. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups: Group R (n=40) and S received 4 µg/kg intravenously or 1 respectively. Anesthesia was induced 2 mg/kg propofol both groups. Intubation performed after bolus ad ministration 10 ml saline as a placebo spectively. Remifentanil infusion initiated at 0.025 each RESULTS: conditions similar The mean arterial pressure (MAP) values post-induction period sig nificantly lower than ( p = 0.001). requirement ephedrine found be significantly 0.023). Recovery times shorter 0.001) recovery scores higher 0.021) R. Time patient could respond mands longer (p surgeon's satisfaction score CONCLUSIONS: It concluded that remifen tanil relaxants provides tubating provided by succinyl choline, is superior choline regard haemodynamic stability duration .
