摘要: This study is concerned with the impact of job insecurity on vital social exchange relationship between employee and employer. Specifically, it explored two important outcomes—organizational commitment organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, assessed moderating effects individual factors (communal orientation powerlessness) situational (trust in management, procedural fairness, support) these relationships.
