摘要: Fast and accurate simulation tools are key to increasing our understanding of silicon-based solar cells. A lucid graphical unit interface experimentally obtained input parameters help make these accessible for a wide range users. In this paper, we present fast Excel tool based on the well-known two-diode model supporting conventional metal-wrap-through cell architectures. The selective emitter approach, spatial varying recombination, optical simulations taken into account. set consistent parameters, including recombination in passivated case, as well metal contacted both idealities, given function sheet resistance.
