摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the significance fiber type and effects duration ischemia on metabolic contractile function skeletal muscle. Under anesthesia, distal tendons fast twitch extensor digitorum longus (EDL) slow soleus (SOL) muscles right hindlimb female Wistar rats (250 300 gm) were connected force transducers. Rats assigned group 1, 1 hour ischemia; 2, 2 hours or 3, 3 (n = 10 for each group). After ischemia, assessed reperfusion. In both muscles, isometric (Pt) tetanus (Po) 11 parameters measured compared with controls. Pt Po significantly (p < 0.05) lower than preischemic values. reperfusion, forces recovered levels. However, either muscle failed recover fully after reperfusion (SOL: 43.7 +/- 12 percent initial; EDL: 32.2 9.2 percent) 26.8 19.3 6.8 percent). Although ADP AMP levels in ATP just 70 (13.4 1.7 mmol/kg dry weight) 60 (17.93 4.1 weight). further decreased (48 initial) but not muscles. Significant partial correlation coefficients 0.005) obtained between r 0.757; 0.619) 0.810; 0.759). For rat model, we conclude that affect function.
