The authors report clinicopathological characteristics 4 cases GB demonstrate utility intensive temozolomide adjuvant therapy these tumors. also review literature to provide most comprehensive understanding date. Methods A retrospective performed patients treated for at Duke University Medical Center between 2004 2012. One two experienced neuropathologists identified being GBs.
