摘要: The objective of this study was to determine expression and potential functions α(v) β(3) integrin subunits in ovine endometrium during the peri-implantation period (days 8-17 after fertilization). morphologic changes were observed histochemically following haematoxylin/eosin (HE) staining, whereas expressions analysed by RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry Western blot. filamentous conceptus attached luminal epithelium (LE) on day 17 pregnancy, with no differences endometrial morphology between days 8-12 pregnancy. However, glands stroma (S) underwent extensive hyperplasia from 14 17, increased reductus LE an obvious proliferation caruncles, number diameter blood vessels (V) endometrium. relative levels mRNA gradually until 16, but sharply declined 17. blot analysis revealed that pattern subunit proteins paralleled corresponding mRNA. In addition, immunohistochemical localization confirmed their presence glandular (GE), stroma. Immunostaining varied increasing strongest immunostaining 16 conclusion, α(V) closely related early progression pregnancy attachment; therefore, we inferred may participate attachment regulation ovine.
