摘要: The effect of thermal profile on microstructure is studied in the frame thin films deposited by inkjet-printing technology. role sintering temperature and ramp particularly investigated. Fast heating ramps exhibit coarse grains pores, especially when a hybrid microwave curing performed. This enhanced growth attributed to quick activation densifying regimes without undergoing energy loss at low temperature. Microstructural evolution various sintered inkjet-printed correlated with electrical resistivity Young’s modulus determined nanoindentation. A strong link between those three parameters highlighted during experiments giving credit either surface or fully volumetric sintering, according process. Sintering then mainly triggered mass transfer grain boundary diffusion. Silver an 4–5 times higher than bulk, has been reached few minutes 38 GPa.
