摘要: A device for drying and sintering metal-containing ink on a substrate enables homogeneous irradiation of the substrate, has compact construction, is simple economical to produce. Optical infrared radiators have cylindrical radiator tube longitudinal axis, emit radiation having an IR-B component at least 30% IR-C 5% total output power. The are arranged in module with their axes running parallel each other transverse transport direction. They thereby irradiate surface field, which divided into zone downstream exposed 15% less average density than along center axis
