摘要: Ethnic and cultural diversity is an increasing reality in the US workplace. The current study highlights importance of acknowledging culturally heterogeneous nature ethnic groups, need to focus on social identity characteristics such as values when assessing group differences. We demonstrate that (i.e., individualism) contribute employees' experiences work-family conflict beyond effects ethnicity.
