摘要: Liposomes of pure phospholipids were used in a modified APTT test system and the role phosphatidyl serine (PS) determining sensitivity to presence lupus anticoagulants was assessed. Six consecutive patients with seven haemophiliacs directed at specific coagulation factors, studied. Increasing concentration phospholipid markedly reduced but had marginal effect on factor inhibitors. The same achieved when content PS alone increased vehicle liposome constant composition. results suggest that can best be detected by screening method using an reagent low content. use rich will largely abolish anticoagulant's APTT. An approach two different types may facilitate differentiation inhibitors from other anticoagulant.
