摘要: The mycotoxin T-2 toxin, produced by various Fusarium species, is a widespread contaminant of grain and products. Knowledge about its toxicity metabolism in the human body crucial for any risk assessment as toxin can be detected processed unprocessed food samples. Cell culture studies using cells origin represent potent model system to study metabolic fate well cytotoxicity vitro. In this was analyzed cell line derived from colon carcinoma (HT-29) primary renal proximal tubule epithelial (RPTEC) high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with Fourier transformation mass spectrometry (HPLC-FTMS). Both types metabolized variety compounds. Furthermore, cycle analysis RPTEC proved apoptotic effect metabolites HT-2 neosolaniol micromolar concentrations. © 2012 American Chemical Society.
