摘要: Abstract Inhibitory synaptic potentials (IPSPs) and underlying resistance (and conductance) changes were examined in CA1 CA3 hippocampal neurons situ rats. Comparable large conductance increases evoked by fimbrial-commissural or entorhinal stimulation, the corresponding inhibitory had similar reversal potentials. The peak intensity duration of potential change both greater under urethane than ketamine anaesthesia.
