摘要: Purpose: Aberrations of circulating nucleic acid integrity have been observed in cancer patients. However, the clinical significance such changes has not completely elucidated. In this study, we investigated plasma DNA nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients and its association with patients9 survival after radiotherapy. Experimental Design: Plasma was analyzed for 105 NPC before curative-intent radiotherapy 40 healthy controls. The concentration each sample measured by two real-time PCRs targeting leptin gene. amplicon sizes assays were 201 bp. index calculated as ratio concentrations (201 bp/105 bp). More intact would give a higher index. Results: significantly than that controls (median, 0.356 versus 0.238; P Conclusions: is associated disturbances cell-free DNA. persistence aberrations reduced probability disease-free survival. Therefore, measurement may serve useful marker detection monitoring malignant diseases.
