摘要: • Seven different types of widely used metallic stapedectomy prostheses were individually placed on a millimeter scale in plastic Petri dish. The dish was moved within the core and around magnet 1.5-tesla magnetic resonance imaging unit (General Electric Sigma). No movement any seen. We conclude that there is no apparent danger these becoming displaced patients subjected to electromagnetic fields units. ( Arch Otolaryngol 1985;111:820-821)
