摘要: Abstract An experimental test of the angular distribution function particles originating from long capillaries has been performed. Gas pressures at tube entrance corresponding to Knudsen numbers 10 3 –10 5 were used. The results can be described very well by elementary Clausing theory. cosine law for gas reflection inside tubes is fulfilled with high accuracy. No differences in behaviour CO, CO 2 , N and O could detected. investigation also considered an accurate simple beam detector used investigation.
