摘要: Recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) was administered to mice after syngeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) determine its effect on hematopoietic reconstitution. BALB/c were given 10 μg intraperitoneal injections of rhGH every other day for a total following BMT. Mice that received exhibited significant increases in progenitor cell content (colony-forming unit-culture) both and spleen. Erythroid (burst-forming unit-erythroid) also significantly increased treatment. Analysis peripheral blood indicated administration resulted the rate white platelet recovery. Granulocyte marker 8C5+ cells spleens treated mice. Red cell, hematocrit, hemoglobin levels at all time points No pathologic effects or weight gain observed receiving repeated rhGH. Thus, BMT promoted multilineage reconstitution may be clinical use accelerating hematopoiesis autologous
