摘要: A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of N-nitrosodiethanolamine (NDELA), which is a non-volatile N-nitrosoamine. In this method, sodium 1-octanesulfonate has been used as an ion complexation agent NDELA. The resulting complex analyzed by reversed-phase chromatography (RP-HPLC) using Eurospher-100 C18 column (250 x 4.6 mm, 5 microm), water/acetonitrile (95/5, v/v) and UV detection at 234 nm. detector response linear in range 0.03-10.00 microg mL(-1) limit 0.01 mL(-1). NDELA confirmed negative electrospray ionization mass spectrometry m/z 327 [M-Na](-) also MS/MS measurements fragments. For real sample analyses, measured cosmetic products after clean up solid-phase extraction (SPE) with C(18) cartridge water-soluble samples liquid-liquid (LLE) methylene chloride less samples. average values recovery SPE LLE were 86.9 51.8% relative standard deviations (RSDs%) 0.9 5.6%, respectively. presented easy to use, robust can be implemented on any HPLC system detection.
