摘要: This study aimed to describe using national survey data the demographic and regional prevalence trends of smoking in Thai males during past 25 years. Data from eight surveys conducted by National Statistics Office 1986 2011 were used examine smoking. Males aged 15 older included this study. Logistic regression was model patterns, according year survey, age group, urbanization, Public Health Area (PHA). The among years 38.4%. Sharply increasing found 15-24 years-old group all surveys. Before 1999, started level off near retirement age, subsequently, it leveled after 40 age. groups decreased except 15-19 group. Higher rural areas.
