摘要: Wheat straw was pretreated by phosphoric acid plus hydrogen peroxide (PHP), in which temperature, time, and H3PO4 proportion for pretreatment were investigated using response surface method. Results indicated that hemicellulose lignin removal positively responded to the increase of proportion, time. most important variable control cellulose recovery, followed temperature Moreover, these three variables all negatively related recovery. Increasing can improve enzymatic hydrolysis; however, reduction on recovery results decrease glucose yield. Extra high or long time not beneficial hydrolysis Based criterion minimizing usage maximizing yield, optimized conditions 40 °C, 2.0 h, 70.2 % (H2O2 5.2 %), yielded 299 mg/g wheat (946.2 mg/g cellulose) after 72-h hydrolysis.
