摘要: The Electron Beam CT (EBT) Coronary Calcium Score (CCS) is an independent predictor of coronary events and adds incremental information to standard risk factors. How use this was uncertain. To assist our referring physicians in utilizing test, a web based calculator created that combines the Framingham score with EBT CCS obtain new for cardiac events. create calculator, breakpoints 0, 80, 400, 600 were selected; from these breakpoints, 5 ranges calcium scores: 1-80, 81-400, 401-600, >600 defined. Bayes theorem used derive equations combined range each range. sensitivity specificity prediction derived prospective studies. These then translated into JavaScript program could be accessed browser. This can easily restratify many individuals classified as low, intermediate, or even high according system different group, allowing more appropriate matching intervention intensity absolute cardiovascular event risk.
