摘要: Five-day-old mouse blastocysts were transferred into the oviducts of recipients on second day pregnancy. S35 methionine was then injected and native 2-celled eggs recovered six hours later. Radioautographs reveal that incorporate while exposed to tubal environment same degree they would in uterus. However, oviducal little or no methionine.
