摘要: Campylobacter have emerged as the most common bacterial food-borne illness in developed world. The ability to reduce infections humans is linked full comprehension of principal key aspects its infection cycle. A microbial diagnostic microarray detecting housekeeping, structural, and virulence associated genes was designed validated using genomic DNA from reference field strains jejuni coli isolated human, chicken, raw milk. This confirmed be a powerful tool for monitoring emerging pathotypes well epidemiological, environmental, phylogenetic studies including evaluation genome plasticity.
