摘要: HPLC is a powerful and popular method for analyzing purifying biomolecules. Reversed-phase allows high-capacity purification, uses volatile buffer systems that simplify product recovery. Anion-exchange provides better resolution more predictable elution pattern. This unit presents protocols are optimized of oligonucleotides. Because the limits both reversed-phase anion-exchange HPLC, it can be used oligonucleotides up to approximately 50 nt in length.
