摘要: Abstract In this work we present a refractive index (RI) sensor based on sub-wavelength holographic diffraction grating. The chip was fabricated by dry etching of the finely spaced ( d = 428 nm) grating in SiO x doped diamond like carbon (DLC) film. It is shown that employing chip, and using proposed method analysis data, one can inspect kinetics processes liquids occurring vicinity surface. spectral composition polarized polychromatic light reflected from RI measurement system tested with different model liquid analytes including 25 wt.%, 50 wt.% sugar water solutions, 10 °C, 50 °C distilled water, also Gram-positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis interaction ion-permeable channels forming antibiotic gramicidin D murolytic enzyme lysozyme. Analysis data set specular reflection spectra enabled us to follow changes analyte millisecond resolution. Detectable effective were not worse than Δ n = 10 −4 .
