摘要: Abstract Three new cyclic lipopeptides (compounds 1–3) were isolated from Bacillus sp. SY27F, which collected the deep-sea hydrothermal vent in Indian Ocean. The planar structures of compounds 1–3 characterized by LC–MS, GC–MS and NMR, whereas their absolute configurations determined modified Marfey’s analysis optical rotation contrast. They shared same heptapeptide chain (N-L-Gln1-D-Leu2-L-Leu3-L-Val4-L-Asp5-D-Leu6-L-Ile7-C), differing only length fatty acid chain. Compounds displayed significant cytotoxic activity against DU145, MCF-7 HepG2 cancer cell lines with IC50 values 96.8–190.7 nM moderate to weak cytotoxicity A549, HeLa HT1080, 9.3–43.2 μM, respectively. However, none three showed any antibacterial Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus Monilia albicans.
