摘要: Posttranscriptional mechanisms have a critical role in the overall outcome of gene expression. These are especially relevant protozoa from genus Trypanosoma, which is composed by death threatening parasites affecting people Sub-saharan Africa or Americas. In these classic view regulation transcription initiation to modulate products given cannot be applied. This due presence start sites that give rise long polycistronic units need processed costranscriptionally trans-splicing and polyadenylation mature monocistronic mRNAs. such as mRNA degradation translational repression responsible for final synthesis required protein products. this context, RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) trypanosomes modulators abundance associating 3' untranslated regions mRNA. Many different RBPs been proposed cohorts mRNAs trypanosomes. However, current understanding their functions lacks dynamic on steps at regulated. Here, we discuss evidences propose regulatory events parasites. vary regulated developmental expression, biogenesis cytoplasmic ribonucleoprotein complexes nucleus, condensation into large granules. Finally, how newly identified posttranslational modifications metabolism-related could an enormous impact modulation abundance. To understand fact enzymes involved interesting targets drug therapy.
