摘要: The influences of dehydration and thermal damage on in vitro optical properties human aorta were studied. absorption coefficient increased by 20-50%, especially the visible range when at least 40% total tissue weight was lost as a result dehydration. reduced scattering 10-45% 30% to over 150% near IR after samples heated constant temperature water bath 100 degrees C for 300 +/- 10 s. This study implies that protein coagulation during photothermal treatment are important factors altering tissue.
