摘要: Crataegus pinnatifida has a long history of use in traditional oriental herbal medicine to stimulating digestion and improving blood circulation. Based on nutrition hair, the present study was conducted assess effect C. extract hair growth using mouse model its mechanisms action. The containing contents total polyphenol 5.88□0.82 g gallic acid/100 g proanthocyanidin 9.15□1.58 mg cyaniding chloride/100 g orally administered daily at dosage 50 mg/kg weight 7-week-old C57BL/6 mice telogen. promoted by inducing anagen phase telogen, reflected color skin, thickness shaft, density hair. ratio anagento telogen determined shape follicles vertically sectioned slide increased oral administration extract. number size were also enlarged, indicating induction. proliferation human dermal papilla cells (hDPC) accelerated addition extract, which activated signaling mitogen-activated protein kinases (Erk, p-38, JNK) Akt. Moreover, Bcl-2/Bax as determinant cell fate raised skin. These results suggest that promotes phase, might be mediated activation cellular signalings enhance survival cultured hDPC increase Bcl-2 Bax protects against death.
