Fibroblast Growth Factors Stimulate Hair Growth through β-Catenin and Shh Expression in C57BL/6 Mice

摘要: Growth factors are involved in the regulation of hair morphogenesis and cycle growth. The present study sought to investigate growth promoting activities three approved factor drugs, fibroblast 10 (FGF-10), acidic (FGF-1), basic (FGF-2), mechanism action. We observed that FGFs promoted by inducing anagen phase telogenic C57BL/6 mice. Specifically, histomorphometric analysis data indicates topical application induced an earlier prolonged mature phase, contrast control group. Moreover, immunohistochemical reveals induction β-catenin Sonic hedgehog (Shh) follicles FGFs-treated These results suggest promote resting might be a potential growth-promoting agent.
