摘要: This article draws on research from a doctoral dissertation that explored and theorized the lived experiences of small group young lesbian wimmin's post-initial coming-out within an Australian context using Memory Work methodology social constructivist framework. In this article, particular attention is paid to wimmins' work/career landscapes impact their identities had positioning understanding self by significant others respective work landscapes. Factors participants used define who they were in relation how these informed both decisions made about career choices interactions with workplace setting are also presented. Participants between ages 23 33 self-identified as for two ten years. An important finding was relations impacted identity affected way which perceived positioned themselves settings, well wider society.
