摘要: The first description of what is now called the Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome was probably that Laennec in late 19th century. Based on gross examination autopsy specimens, descried he termed “idiopathic anasarca lungs”. By term meant severe pulmonary edema without evidence heart failure. clinical entity acute respiratory failure with non-cardiogenic (ARDS) by Ashbaugh and Petty about 20 years ago. Over ensuing years, a large amount information has accumulated world literature defining settings, pathophysiology, pathogenesis ARDS [1].
