摘要: Araucaria angustifolia (Bert.) O.Ktze. is an economically important tree in southern Brazil. Indiscriminate exploitation threatening this species with extinction. Conservation programs are urgently needed to save the remaining forest, and such must be guided by biological studies that genetically characterise populations. Pollen seed dispersion patterns determine distance of gene flow directly influence genetic structure effective population size. A. a wind-pollinated dioecious tree. For pollen-dispersal airflow, physical characteristics pollen grain, as size shape, considered. The aim work was homogeneity clouds well infer pollen. assessed for 70 trees natural Analysis variability differentiation detected high diversity at MDH-B 6-PGDH-B loci. Heterogeneity G-tests indicated pool heterogeneity four seven examined loci (GOT-B, PGM-A, SKDH-B 6-PGDH-B). grains measured 61.50 μm. floating rate ranged from 12.02 18.98 cm s–1. suggest likely limited.
