摘要: Abstract The overexploitation of fishery resources has led to a major fisheries crisis. In this context, artisanal fisheries, and in particular small-scale coastal appear as relevant alternatives for sustainable use resources. Marine Protected Areas (MPA) are more used management tools these protection effects targeted access regulations may benefit commercial fishers. Managers scientists need then quantitative information not only adapt their the fishing activity present on territory, but also estimate MPA it. This study provides catch effort estimates that essential appraising managing Cote Bleue Park (CBMP), French Mediterranean including two No-Take Zones different age size. A field protocol was defined implemented between July 2009 June 2010 within CBMP. Seven metiers were identified characterized by target species, gear type, grounds periods. During one-year studied period, 3512 trips 4645 operations performed 30 active boats amounting 9500 km immersed nets. total, approximately 130 tons landed six CBMP harbors, out which 58% depend three main species caught Bleue: hake ( Merluccius merluccius ), gilthead seabream Sparus aurata ) common sole Solea solea ). presented methodology could be part long term monitoring requiring close collaboration with local It enables adaptive respect changes pressure (from inside outside MPA) impact environment its
