摘要: Emerging evidence shows that long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is implicated in numerous kinds of malignant cancers, including ovarian cancer. In this study, we focused on the expression and function lung cancer associated transcript 1 (LUCAT1) progression. We indicated LUCAT1 was significantly upregulated tissues. Moreover, positively with tumor metastasis clinical stage. Elevated decreased survival rate patients addition, revealed repression suppressed proliferation, migration invasion, whereas promoted apoptotic rate. Through online predictive tools functional experiments, demonstrated HOXA13 were targets miR-612. showed miR-612 each other a reciprocal way. through inhibition miR-612, eventually leading to development. conclusion, our findings novel molecular mechanism LUCAT1/miR-612/HOXA13 pathway modulates
